Service terms and conditions

Please allow us to ensure the highest service standard by complying with what is stated in the following indications and service terms and conditions:

  • Upon arrival, you will find at the airport one of our drivers waiting for you outside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with YOUR FAMILY NAME on it. If you are unable to locate the driver, please call Mr. Antonino Ninni Pipitone +39 328 800 9095
  • When providing the name of the destination airport, please state also arrival time as written on your flight ticket.
  • Smoking and eating are not allowed on board our vehicles
  • Upon arrival at the airport, please make sure that you can be reachable at the mobile number you provided at the time of booking.
  • Please always give as much notice as possible in case of delay or any other issue. You will so avoid any inconvenience as well any extra charge in addition to the agreed price.
  • No extra charge for night service.
  • Please always advise if you are travelling with scuba equipment, strollers, bulky luggage or small size pets inside travel carriers.
  • If you fail to cancel the service at least 24 hours before the service starts, you will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed price
  • When travelling with children, please advise whether a baby seat is required. On our vehicles all occupied seats are counted as paying passengers, including those with a baby seat.
  • The payment of the booked service will be made directly to our driver on site in cash or with SUM UP mobile pos. (Visa, vPay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay), except for some transfers where only prepayment is required during the booking process.
  • The prices of the excursions include transportation aboard our new minivan, pickup and drop at your accommodation, qualified drivers and fuel.
  • The prices of the excursions do not include entrance tickets to various attractions, meals and tips.
